1. FIBER REINFORCED GASKET MATERIALS - Their range of asbestos-free, calendered sealing materials. Depending on the specific requirements, KLINGERSIL provides excellent resistances (e.g. temperature, mechanical or chemical resistance) in the areas required by the corresponding target industry. Furthermore, KLINGERSIL is easy to cut, handle and fit.

 KLINGERSIL C-4240 is a gasket, specially designed for the individual requirements of the drinking water supply. This innovative gasket completely meets all requirements of the elastomer guidelines of the German Federal Environment Agency.

 KLINGERSIL C-4300 is a universal high-pressure gasket and offers more safety for a wide range of suitable applications.

 KLINGERSIL C-4324 is a universal high-pressure gasket, suitable for a wide range of applications.

 KLINGERSIL C-4400 is a universal material for safe and reliable sealing. It consists of a unique matrix, which offers an excellent combination of different properties.

 KLINGERSIL C-4408 is suitable for high stress due to wire reinforcement. It is a universal high-pressure gasket for the use in a wide range of industrial applications.

 KLINGERSIL C-4509 is a special high-pressure gasket for highest thermal and mechanical stresses. Due to the expanded metal     reinforcement it offers a high stress capability and is suitable for high bolt loads. The basic material KLINGERSIL C-4500 is a Fire Safe grade.

 KLINGERSIL C-8200 is a premium high-pressure gasket which offers more safety for the use with high concentrated acids.

 KLINGERQuantum is a unique gasket material with highest flexibility at high temperatures.

 KLINGERtop-sil ML1 is a special multi-layer gasket material with extended service life and improved flexibility at higher temperatures.

 KLINGER TOP-GRAPH 2000 Combines the advantages of fiber-reinforced gaskets and flexible graphite.

 KLINGER CompenSil delivers and maintains excellent sealing performance in all kind of applications. It is used for liquids and gaseous media at lower pressures and temperatures and low bolt loads. Additionally, it provides good resistance against oils, hydrocarbons, refrigerants and other chemicals.

2. PTFE GASKET MATERIALS - Our PTFE-based soft sealing material offering guarantees ultimate chemical resistance and is designed to cater for the majority of gasket applications.  Products from the KLINGER top-chem range are tailored to provide the characteristics required by their target industries. 

3. GRAPHITE LAMINATES - Gaskets on the basis of graphite are suitable for temperatures between -200 C and up to 460 C, and offer resistance against a broad range of chemicals. Equipped with an anti-stick finish specifically developed for this purpose, KLINGER graphite-based gasket materials are easy to remove from the flange “ even after exposure to elevated temperatures.

4. MICA LAMINATES - This soft sealing material has been specifically designed to master the rigors of high-temperature sealing applications. It is the preferred choice for utilization scenarios such as exhaust pipes, turbines, turbochargers and fuel lines - it can withstand temperatures of up to 900 C in continuous operation.
